We designed this eleven-floor concept with a simple, sleek, neutral language carried from lobby to rooftop. The layout is clear and intuitive, with light-filled units and circulation that flows effortlessly. Materials are restrained—soft neutrals, subtle textures, and clean finishes that age gracefully over time. The rooftop offers a quiet escape above the city. The result is a modern residential experience that feels effortless, refined, and consistently composed.
