OUR CEO

As the founder and CEO of The Designers Group, Blima Ehrentreu is an accomplished Interior Designer that has led more than 300 projects. Her work surpasses designing interiors; she is invested in the community and supporting women in the construction industry. Last year, she launched TDG Gives Back, an initiative to offer complimentary design services to nonprofits and charities. She serves as a Women in Construction Ambassador, and her business is a certified Women-owned Business Enterprise.

OUR TDG INSIDER

Community is a core value here at TDG, and we love sharing our talents! Once a week, we host a day-in-the-life visit for aspiring designers. Participants have the opportunity to shadow TDG staff in various departments throughout the day, giving them a firsthand look at all aspects of the design process.

They are also able to stay in touch with and be mentored by a designer as they get ready to begin a career in design. TDG started this initiative to encourage the next generation of designers, and we are thrilled to have helped them find their passion.

OUR COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT

TDG is actively involved with different charities and philanthropic initiatives. Finding different ways to give back is of the utmost importance to us as a firm. Community involvement is one of the core values of TDG and we are always interested in philanthropic initiatives, especially in our field of Interior Design.

TDG continues to volunteer to help those affected by the pandemic. We have built much-needed medical equipment for local hospitals and frontline workers. We packaged and delivered meals to those who were housebound and sick. We also continue to make ourselves available to help those that are unable to leave their homes.


OUR TDG EVENTS

TDG hosted and chaired events to promote community involvement and charitable causes. Finding ways to give back is of utmost importance to our culture. TDG initiated and implemented charitable projects like TDG Gives Back, TDG Insider, and TDG Furniture Exchange. We are proud of the work we do to better the environment around us.

TDG is a Minority/Women-owned Business Enterprise. We have a multi-cultural team that brings diversity and inclusion to all our work and projects. Without the synergy of our team, our work would not be at the same wide-ranging international standard. Diversity is what keeps us at the cutting edge of interior design.

Our team is the foundation of our success. We collaborate on every project to make maximize the use of our skillset. We dedicate ourselves to your project. An assigned project designer manages your project's entirety, from designing the preliminary concept to creating the development design to final documentation.
