Cedar Grove came with original wood the client wanted to preserve, and a budget that meant we had to be resourceful about it. We modernized around the existing material, letting its warmth guide a palette and vibe that feel rooted in the area while stretching every dollar. The result balances heritage and renewal, honoring what was already there without overspending to do it. Comfortable common spaces and intuitive planning reframe senior care as a place to live well. The design proves preservation and a tight budget can still produce something elevated.
