We wanted Margate to celebrate the spirit of its surroundings. The design leans into a bright, warm, coastal sensibility that brings light and ease across the community's generous footprint. Intuitive wayfinding and inviting amenity spaces keep the large facility feeling personal at every turn. The atmosphere reflects the neighborhood and lifts the daily experience for residents. The result is a senior community with a distinct sense of place.
