Community is a core value here at TDG, and we are always looking for ways to give back. Once a week, we host a day-in-the-life visit for an aspiring designer. Participants will have the opportunity to shadow TDG staff in various departments throughout the day, giving them a firsthand look at all aspects of the design process.

Program participants are also able to stay in touch with and be mentored by one of our designers as they get ready to begin a career. The TDG design team developed design challenges and activities and loves meeting the next generation of great designers!
