Choices of Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Use and Privacy Policy are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Users agree to the sole and exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the federal or state courts of the State of New York in the event of any claims, actions, or disputes arising from or relating to the Site, or their use or review of it. These Terms of Use and Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and replace all prior or contemporaneous understandings or agreements regarding such subject matter. If for any reason a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision of these Terms of Use and Privacy Policy to be unenforceable, the remainder of these Terms of Use and Privacy Policy will continue in full force and effect.
