I Didn’t Start The Designers Group To Win Awards, But Receiving One Like This Made Me Pause

Being named one of the Top 100 Women-Led Businesses in Florida by The Women’s Edge was an incredible honor and a meaningful moment for our entire team.

Over the past few years, we’ve been steadily growing our presence in Florida. Expanding into a new market has meant building relationships, navigating challenges, and staying committed to the work we believe in.

Being recognized here, in a place we've poured so much into, feels especially rewarding.

This recognition isn’t just a personal milestone. It’s a team one. Every project, every idea, every detail is the result of our team working together with focus, care, and dedication. I'm proud of what we’ve built together and even more excited about where we're headed.

What stood out most at the Women’s Edge event was the sense of community. The room was filled with women building companies, creating change, and leading with purpose. It was inspiring to be part of that collective energy and vision.

This award is a reminder of what’s possible when we keep showing up, stay aligned with our values, and do the work day by day.
